All sales are final.
Due to the nature of collectible and pre-owned vinyl records, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
We thoroughly inspect, grade, and package each record to ensure accuracy and safe delivery. Please review all product details, condition grades, and audio/video previews (when available) before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging and the item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your case and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Shipping Issues
Once a package is scanned by the carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver it safely. Lost or stolen packages are not eligible for refunds. If you experience an issue with delivery, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
